What a Bridge Interface Board Actually Interfaces
The name is literal: IS200BICLH1A is the interface between the EX2100 excitation control system's main regulator board and the Bridge Personality Interface boards — BPIA, BPIB, or SCNV — that connect directly to the IGBT power bridge driving generator field current. - If a freshly installed replacement still faults, confirm it's seated in the correct slot and that its EPLD completed a normal configuration cycle from the CPU at power-up.
- A missing or frozen system fault display reading can be a downstream wiring issue rather than a board defect.
