DS200SLCCG4ACC is a G4-group SLCC – GE's LAN Communication Card for the Speedtronic Mark V turbine control system, also used in EX2000 excitation cabinets. A well-documented case describes an operator interface that stopped refreshing live data; the site replaced every card in the <C> core, including the SLCC, TCCA, SDCC, and TCDA, plus the TCPS power supply, and the fault persisted. What eventually mattered:

• Power supply voltages at the <R> and <C> test points, checked against the Mark V Maintenance Manual (GEH-5980) limits
• The BOI (backup operator interface), which talks to <R> directly without routing through <C>
• Connector corrosion or a broken cable conductor, checked before condemning a card
• The TCQC card in <R> and the ARCPL cable connecting it to the <C> core's SLCC – a fault here reproduces the same symptoms as a bad SLCC

It also helps to know that a processor core only reaches I/O status A7 once every card inside it individually reaches A6, so before you condemn this card, check which specific card in the <C> core is actually the holdout.

DS200 is the Mark V-era board series prefix, SLCC is the LAN Communication Card acronym, G4 is the product grouping confirmed to exclude DLAN and ARCNET circuitry, and ACC is this unit's specific functional and artwork revision combination.
