What this board is
The DS200CSSAG1A is the cell state sensor board from GE's Speedtronic Mark V turbine control system. The DS200 prefix places it in the Mark V generation. It is not a Mark IV part and it will not seat in a Mark VI VME rack. If a supplier offers you a DS3800 or an IS200 as an equivalent, they are offering a board from a different control system.

You will see this board listed two ways, and both are correct. DS200CSSAG1A is the base catalogue number: DS200 is the Mark V family, CSSA is the functional acronym, and G1 denotes the group-one board style with the normal grade of protective PCB coating. DS200CSSAG1AAA is the same board carrying its revision tail, where the trailing letters track functional revisions applied on top of the base design.
This matters when you order. A later revision will usually drop in where an earlier one sat; the reverse is not guaranteed. Read the number off the board itself, not off the cabinet slot label. Slot labels record what was originally installed, not what was fitted during the last outage.

Confirm the fault is this board. The Mark V is triple modular redundant. If only one of the <R>, <S> and <T> cores reports the fault and the other two agree with each other, the board in the odd core is the suspect. If all three see it, look upstream at the terminal board or the field device first.

Pull the revision from all three cores. Mismatched revisions across a voted set are a well-known source of intermittent trips.

Decide whether a superseding revision is acceptable. Mark V boards are out of production and the market is surplus and refurbished. Accepting a later revision often turns a months-long hunt into a same-week shipment.
