DS200ACNAG1ACC: ARCNET (Attached Resource Computer Network) Card
The DS200ACNAG1ACC is a GE SPEEDTRONIC Mark V ARCNET Connection Card, here in the G1ACC revision and offered as new-surplus, open-box hardware with warranty. The four-letter DS200 function code ACNA is short for Attached Resource Computer Network — the LAN technology this board connects to. In other words, it is a communications card: it links a Mark V processor to the ARCNET network that carries data around the control system, and it plays no part in the turbine's control or protection logic.
Physically it is a compact board with two connectors for LAN communications and one 6-pin connector.
Why the Board Carries the ARCNET Name
ARCNET (Attached Resource Computer Network) is a token-passing local-area network, and GE built Mark V communications around it. The most recognisable ARCNET link is the Stage Link, which connects the common core <C> in the turbine control panel to the operator interface <I> so data, alarms and commands can move between them. GE documents that link as a coaxial bus terminated at both ends, with each processor connecting through a "T" tap so the run continues to the next node. Before You Buy: Isolate the Real Fault
The most useful thing to do before buying a communications card is to prove the card is actually the problem. ARCNET is a shared bus, and its faults love to hide in the wiring:

Terminators and coax. A missing or wrong end-of-line terminator, or a damaged coax or "T" tap, can bring down the whole segment — check these before anything else.

The opposite end. A defective ARCNET card in the operator interface or another processor gives the same "lost communication" symptom as a local fault.

Node setup. An address conflict or configuration mistake drops a station off the bus with the hardware perfectly healthy.

Power and driver board. Confirm the card has power and review the companion communication/driver hardware (such as the DS200STCA) before deciding the ACNA has failed.
Once the passive media, the far end and the configuration are cleared, a new-surplus ACC card is a clean way to restore the node.

Read the number as DS200 (Mark V DS200 board series) + ACNA (ARCNET Connection function) + G1 (functional group) + A (functional revision) + CC (board artwork/hardware revision).
