The IS210BPPBH2C (full revision IS210BPPBH2CAA) is a BPPB I/O pack processor for GE's Speedtronic Mark VIe controls, described here as a dual-port board. That label refers to the two network ports every BPPB processor carries: they connect the I/O pack to IONet, the Mark VIe I/O network, with the second port providing a redundant path so the pack stays reachable if one leg drops. Heat. A tripped temperature alarm usually means airflow or a fan, not the processor itself.

H2B vs H2C: Reading the IS210BPPBH2C Suffix
The number breaks into the assembly designator (IS210), the functional acronym (BPPB), a hardware group (H2), and a revision suffix; this unit's full code is H2CAA. H2C is simply a later revision than H2B of the same functional board, so match the acronym and group first, then get the revision as close as your spares allow.
