Verify the connections. Reseat the JDR/JDS/JDT and JN/JM ribbons and inspect the relay terminal board the trip contacts land on.
Do not run trip tests to chase the fault outside your plant's written procedure and the GE manual. Identification and elimination come first; live testing does not.
