Confirm It Is the Board Before You Order
A trip board is one of the most over-diagnosed cards in the Mark V, because almost anything in the shutdown chain produces the same visible result: the unit trips, or it will not come out of trip. Before you condemn the DS200TCTSG1ACC, rule out the look-alikes:

Was the trip actually commanded? Check the alarm history on the <I> operator interface and the sequence-of-events log. If the control or protection software genuinely called for a trip, the board did its job and the fault is upstream — a process condition, a sensor, or the logic — not the card.

Connections and neighbours. Reseat the JDR/JDS/JDT and JN/JM ribbon cables, check the mating relay terminal board (RTBA-type), and verify the control power.
Only when a spurious command is confirmed and the relays, wiring and power all check out does the board itself become the prime suspect.
