Information About SC2512

The SC2512 is a Simplex screw and cap assembly engineered to mechanically sustain elevated loads after lifting operations. It incorporates a 2.5-inch Acme thread profile that promotes strong engagement, smooth adjustment, and effective load distribution. This assembly is intended for integration with compatible hydraulic cylinders or jack systems to provide positive mechanical holding independent of hydraulic pressure. With a sustaining capacity of 24 tons (213.5 kN), it is suitable for demanding maintenance, construction, and heavy equipment positioning tasks.

Key Features:

• 24-Ton Sustaining Capacity: Rated to securely hold loads up to 213.5 kN.
• 2.5 in Acme Thread Diameter: Heavy-duty thread design for strength and durability.
• Mechanical Load Holding: Maintains load position without continuous hydraulic pressure.
• Precision Thread Engagement: Enables controlled adjustment and reliable support.
• High-Strength Construction: Built for industrial lifting and positioning environments.
• Cylinder Compatibility: Designed for use with compatible Simplex hydraulic systems.
• Secure Cap Design: Distributes force evenly to enhance stability.

The SC2512 delivers the reliability and precision required for sustaining heavy loads in hydraulic lifting and industrial support applications.
