Information About MCS-COF3-IV

The MCS-COF3-IV is part of Gamewell-FCI’s intelligent Velociti series, designed for advanced fire and gas detection applications. Using multi-sensor technology, it detects smoke via photoelectric sensing, heat with a fixed 135°F thermal element, and carbon monoxide gas for early warning of both fire and toxic CO hazards. Rotary dials allow easy addressing for panel integration, while its addressable design provides precise location identification. This model has been discontinued by the manufacturer, with newer Gamewell-FCI detectors now available for replacement in modern installations.

Key Features:

• Multi-Sensor Detection: Monitors for carbon monoxide, smoke, and heat.
• Photoelectric Technology: Detects visible combustion particles for fire detection.
• Fixed Thermal Sensor: Triggers alarm at 135°F temperature threshold.
• CO Detection: Monitors for dangerous levels of carbon monoxide gas.
• Addressable Protocol: Uses Velociti protocol with rotary dial programming.
• Compact Design: Measures 4.1" × 4.1" × 2.7" and weighs only 0.3 lbs.
• Discontinued Model: No longer manufactured; supported in legacy systems.

The MCS-COF3-IV delivers the reliability and precision required for combined fire and carbon monoxide detection, though it has been discontinued and replaced by newer models.
