Servo problems are notorious for pointing at the drive electronics when the real fault is in the hydraulics or the feedback path. Before replacing an SSVA, isolate the loop:

Hydraulic supply. Confirm servo supply pressure is normal; low or dirty hydraulics make a healthy card look like it is failing to position the valve.

Feedback element. Check the position sensor / LVDT and its wiring. A loss of feedback can drive the loop to one extreme, which looks like a card fault but is not.

Command in. Verify the reference or command signal actually arriving at the card.

Null and bias. A drifted null or bias adjustment can offset the valve without any component having failed.

Supplies and connector. Confirm the DC supplies and reseat and clean the edge connector before condemning the board.
If hydraulics, feedback, command and supplies all check out and the valve still will not follow, the servo card becomes the likely cause.
Reading the SSVA Part Number: Why the Fourth Letter Matters
Within the IC3600SSV servo group, the fourth letter defines the function, and it is not interchangeable: SSVA is a servo control card, SSVB a servo pressure control card, SSVG a servo valve drive card, and SSVF a servo valve feedback card.
