Diagnose before you buy: is the fault really the HFPA?
Because the HFPA is a power-conversion and fan-supply board, its failure symptoms overlap heavily with problems that have nothing to do with the board. Work through these checks before you order a replacement:

Read the two output LEDs first. They indicate the status of the voltage outputs. A dark output LED with good input present points at the board or a blown fuse; no input at all points upstream at the feed or breaker.

Check the four fuses. A single open fuse can drop one rail or one fan feed and look exactly like a dead board. A shorted load, such as a seized fan or a chafed fan cable, will re-open the fuse as fast as you replace it, so clear the short rather than only swapping the fuse.

Trace the fan, not just the supply. A cabinet over-temperature alarm or a fan that will not spin is frequently the fan motor, its connector, or the harness. Confirm the fan and its wiring before condemning the HFPA.

Watch for knock-on effects. If cooling or control power is marginal, other cards in the rack can raise seemingly unrelated faults. A cluster of "random" rack alarms sometimes traces back to a struggling power and fan supply, not to the logic boards reporting the alarms.
