What this board is
The DS3800DGPA is a programming auxiliary board from the GE Speedtronic Mark IV. The DS3800 prefix is the marker: it identifies the Mark IV gas turbine control system, the generation that first brought microprocessor control to the Speedtronic line.
Mark IV predates the triple-redundant DS200 Mark V and the VME-based IS200 Mark VI. None of the three share cards. If you are holding a DS3800 number, you are working on a Mark IV panel, full stop.
The Mark IV supply reality
