The GE DS200RTBAG2AFB is a Group 2 RTBA relay terminal board from the DS200 family General Electric built around its Speedtronic Mark V generation of turbine and drive controls. Before You Replace It: Prove the Fault Is on the Board

Many suspected RTBA failures turn out to be something cheaper. Work through this sequence before ordering:

• Read the per-relay LED. If the LED for the affected position is lit but the contacts never change state, the fault is very likely the relay itself — and RTBA relays are individually replaceable plug-in parts. One burned relay does not require a whole new board.
• LED dark? Look upstream. A dark LED means the relay is not being commanded or powered. Check the command path from the pilot relays, the 16-pin RPL connection to the LTBA board, and connector seating before condemning the RTBA.
• Verify the jumpers. The board carries moveable Berg-type jumpers, including a power-source-selecting jumper documented for the K20–K22 group (JP8) and an RPL connection jumper (JP9). A replacement installed with factory-default jumper settings can misbehave in ways that mimic a hardware failure — always duplicate the jumper positions of the outgoing board.
• Check the screw terminals. Loose field-wiring lugs chatter under vibration and imitate failing contacts. Tighten and retest before going further.

And if your alarm annunciates inside the Mark V panel itself rather than at the drive or exciter cabinet, remember the RTBA is not resident in the <R>, <S>, <T> or <C> cores — trace the fault to its actual source before assuming this board is involved.
