When you install a replacement SDCI, carry over the jumper and switch settings from the old card exactly – JP1 (MD control source jumper), JP2 (AC contactor drop-out time jumper), and SW1 (AC line CT burden selection based on nominal DC output current) – rather than leaving them at factory default. And since your exciter wiring determines whether you need G1 or G2, confirm that before ordering rather than assuming the group doesn't matter.
