What does DDP shipping mean?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means the price you pay covers everything: the hardware, DHL Express shipping, customs clearance, and all import duties and taxes in your country. You receive the package at your door with nothing extra to pay. Read our full guide on how DDP works.
Which countries do you ship to?
Worldwide. We ship daily to Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia), the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia), Asia (Singapore, India) and Europe (Germany), among many others.
How fast is delivery?
All orders ship via DHL Express, tracked and insured. Typical transit: US 2–4 business days, Europe and Asia 3–8, Latin America and Middle East 5–12 depending on customs. See our shipping terms.
Are your products new or refurbished?
Both. Each listing states its condition: factory-sealed new, open-box, or professionally refurbished and tested. Refurbished units are a proven way to cut costs — see our new vs refurbished TCO analysis.
Do products come with warranty?
Yes. New sealed items carry the manufacturer warranty; refurbished items include our warranty as stated on the listing. Details in our returns and refunds policy.
How do I request a quote?

Do you accept purchase orders (POs)?
Yes — we work with POs from companies, universities, hospitals and government entities. Payment terms are agreed per order. See payment methods and billing terms.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Wire transfer (ACH/SWIFT), major credit cards, and approved POs. Quotes are issued in USD.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

How do I know a part is compatible with my system?
