For resellers, VARs and integrators, the unit price on the shelf isn't the price that matters — the landed, volume-adjusted price is. This guide explains how bulk pricing tiers work, how to structure a purchase order, and how to combine volume with DDP so your margins stay predictable from quote to delivery.

How bulk pricing tiers work

Wholesale pricing is volume-sensitive: as quantity per line and total order value rise, the unit rate falls. A few levers consistently improve your tier: consolidate parts onto one order instead of many small ones, standardize on fewer SKUs where the deployment allows, and forecast upcoming refresh cycles so we can plan supply. Mixing OEM and tested compatible lines (see our OEM vs compatible guide) is another way to bring the blended cost down.

What to include in a quote request

  • Part numbers (or clear descriptions / target platform) for each line.
  • Quantities per line and any planned reorder cadence.
  • Condition preference — new, refurbished, or either (see new vs refurbished).
  • Destination and whether you want DDP landed pricing.

Purchase orders (POs) for B2B buyers

We accept purchase orders from qualified businesses and public-sector buyers. A clean PO speeds things up: include your legal entity and billing details, the agreed quote reference, line items with part numbers and quantities, ship-to address, requested delivery terms (e.g. DDP), and any payment terms agreed in advance. If you're a new account, send your company details with your first quote request and we'll set up the process.

Combine volume with DDP for predictable margins

Volume pricing lowers the unit cost; DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) locks in shipping, duties and import taxes so there are no post-delivery surprises. Together they give you a firm landed cost to quote your own customer against. Learn more in our DDP shipping guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum order value for bulk pricing?
Pricing is tiered by volume and varies with the mix of parts, so there's no single fixed minimum. Send your list and we'll quote the best applicable tier.

Do you accept purchase orders from new accounts?
Yes, from qualified businesses and public-sector buyers. Send your company details with your first quote request to get set up.

Can I lock pricing for a recurring project?
Tell us your forecast quantities and cadence — planned volume helps us hold better pricing across a refresh cycle.
