We ship worldwide, we work with UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, we also use your own carrier.
Alo Info uses the best distribution and courier companies so that you receive your products in optimal conditions and on time. The estimated shipping charge may vary from US$10 to US$950 depending on the destination country.

I. Product Delivery
Alo Info undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form, provided that it is located within the Territory. In order to optimize delivery, we ask the Customer and/or User to provide an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours, i.e., between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Alo Info will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer and/or User in the order form does not exist, or does not conform to reality or has been omitted.
Alo Info informs the Customer that a single order may be divided into several deliveries.
II. Delivery Time
At Alo Info, we strive to deliver your products as soon as possible. The general delivery time will depend on the dimensions and characteristics of the purchased product and the destination postal code.
In cases where the delivery time is longer, we will inform you promptly, as there are products that, due to their characteristics, are stored in our suppliers' warehouses, and depending on availability, the product may take longer to be delivered.
On the day the order preparation is completed, Alo Info will notify the Customer and/or User by email or SMS sent to the last address provided for such purposes by the Customer and/or User, confirming the departure of the Product(s) from our warehouses.
These deadlines are average deadlines, and therefore are only an estimate and not a guarantee of compliance, since delivery is made through courier companies outside Alo Info contracted for this purpose by the latter. Therefore, it is possible that the deadlines may vary due to logistical reasons or unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In cases of delivery delays, Alo Info will inform the Customer and/or User of such situation, as soon as it becomes aware of it.
Each delivery is considered made from the moment the transport company makes the Product available to the Customer and/or User at the address indicated by them at the time of purchase, which is materialized through the control system used by the contracted transport company.
In the event of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to Alo Info, the Customer may cancel their order in accordance with the procedure described in the "Return" section of these CU. Delays in delivery will not be considered in cases where the order has been made available to the Customer by the transport company within the agreed period and the order could not be delivered due to causes attributable to the Customer and/or User in question.
IMPORTANT: The delivery time begins on the next business day after your payment has been confirmed, which may not necessarily be the day you placed your order.
III. Delivery Data, Undelivered Shipments, and Loss
In the same email in which the Customer and/or User is informed that the Product has left Alo Info's warehouses, the tracking number and the customer service number of the transport company responsible for the delivery are provided, so that, in case of any incident in the delivery, the Customer and/or User can contact said company to resolve it.
If the Customer and/or user is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. Alo Info contracts, as part of the courier delivery service, the completion of three delivery attempts, thus ensuring that the delivery takes place.
If after 7 (seven) business days after the order leaves for delivery, the delivery could not be arranged, the Customer and/or User must contact Alo Info. In case the Customer and/or User does not proceed in this way, after 10 (ten) business days from the order's departure for delivery, it will be returned to Alo Info's warehouses and the Customer and/or User must assume the shipping and return costs of the merchandise to the warehouse.
In case of any problem with the shipment, Alo Info will provide timely follow-up of the order until it is delivered in optimal conditions.
If the reason why the delivery could not be made is the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, our carriers' response times usually range between one and three weeks.
IV. Diligence in delivery
The Customer and/or User, under their sole and exclusive responsibility, must check the good condition of the package before the carrier who, on behalf of Alo Info, delivers the requested Product(s), indicating on the delivery receipt any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If, once the Product has been checked, the Customer and/or User detects any incident such as a blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused to the Product by the shipment, they undertake to notify Alo Info by email within 48 (forty-eight) hours after its delivery.
If you have received the incorrect product or if it has been damaged during shipping, contact customer service so that we can support you with an exchange or return and refund of your product. You have up to 48 (forty-eight) hours after delivery to notify us of the fact, otherwise we will not be able to help you resolve the problem.
IMPORTANT: If the customer requests support from the operator for any transfer and/or installation of the product, Alo Info is not responsible. The parcel service is not responsible for damages to the products during the maneuver and this does not include installation. The parcel service is not responsible for the package once it delivers to the indicated address.
V. Shipping cost
Once your purchase payment is confirmed, you can view the order status in the "My account" section.
Every delivery has 2 phases, the time for shipping and the time for delivery. The first consists of the necessary time in business days we need to prepare your shipment, the second of an estimated time range of when the transport will deliver your product once it leaves our facilities.
