Processors are offered new, new surplus or pulled and tested, with the exact model, stepping and OEM part number confirmed on the quote. OEM kits include the processor and, where the server requires it, the matching heatsink, so a second socket can be populated without hunting for parts.
What to include in your RFQ: the processor model (for example Xeon Gold 6248R or EPYC 7543) or the OEM kit number, the server model and generation, how many sockets you are filling, quantity, and whether a heatsink is needed for each CPU.

Can I mix two different Xeon models in a dual-socket server?
No — both sockets must use the same processor model and stepping. Send us the CPU already installed and we quote an exact match.
Do OEM CPU kits include a heatsink?
Many Dell and HPE kits do, and some do not; the heatsink also differs between 1U and 2U chassis, so we confirm it against your server before quoting.
Do you supply processors for older servers?
Yes — Xeon E5-2600 v1 to v4 and E7 processors for 12th and 13th generation Dell PowerEdge and HPE ProLiant Gen8 and Gen9 servers are still quoted alongside current Xeon Scalable and EPYC parts.
