Spare part number or assembly number — which do I send?
Either works, but the spare number (usually ending in -001 or -B21) is the fastest match. Send both if the label shows both.
Will third-party drives work in a ProLiant with Smart Array?
HPE-firmware drives avoid "not authenticated" warnings in iLO. We quote genuine HPE drives by default and can flag compatible alternatives where the saving is meaningful.
Do you supply Aruba networking too?
Yes — Aruba CX switches, access points and controllers are quoted alongside ProLiant hardware on the same PO.
